Introduction: Recurrent bacterial meningitis is a rare clinical phenomenon, but telltale sign of mysterious foe. Case Report: We present case 29-year-old gentleman who presented acute pyogenic due to Streptococcus pneumoniae. This second episode confirmed in years another ten ago, which was treated as tuberculous. The current successfully intravenous high dose cephalosporin short course dexamethasone. patient referred neurosurgeon for closure leak.
